what bothers me with all of these housings coming in, is that a single adult with no children can NOT afford anything in Heber Valley. The 'affordable' housing goes to our Hispanic friends who can afford them because they have 3-5 incomes in one house hold. When will Wasatch County have affordable housing for single income working adults, who make modest income who (in most place) could afford a home? It seems the bigger houses are being built by 'move ins'/ Where does that leave people who have lived in the area since childhood, who have loved this valley and now are being pushed out by outside for those who need for gated communities, multi million dollar homes? I sometimes wish I could put gates on the roads in Provo Canyon, Daniel's Canyon and HWy 40 by Jordanelle, and have Heber Valley..by invitation only.
